Our staff is friendly & very flexible, and we are always happy to make any changes and accommodations needed. Because we use fresh and seasonal ingredients, we occasionally will need to make appropriate menu substitutions. We will always fix mistakes, refund you if you are dissatisfied. Our goal is to be your go-to caterer, and we’ll work hard to make sure that happens!
• Please note that per person catering prices do not include NC Sales Tax of 6.75% or gratuity of 18%.
• We request payment on or before the date of the event, except in the event of corporate accounts paying through an accounting department.
• We are happy to be flexible about your numbers, with certain caveats: each catering event or job will have an established “minimum” to be discussed in advance; we will need a firm number of people 24-48 hours in advance depending on the size of the event.
• All staffed catering events include 2 servers. Depending on the size of your event, more servers may be necessary, in which case we will charge $50 per server.
• We use Hauser Rentals for any rentals needed and simply pass the cost of the rentals to you without any markup.
• Our per person catering fees do not include rentals unless specified in the contract.
